I facilitate strategic planning, knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement, and I help organisations redesign their people processes and decision making. I've had a lot of experience in government, and I know my way around community consultation in the mining industry.

The last few years, I've done a lot in the environmental area, facilitating the new regional planning processes, researching them and training people in engagement.

In between these assignments, I train managers across government, facilitate strategy work, and stand out the front facilitating consultation with communities on difficult things - most recently, mine sites, town planning, health legislation?and heritage conservation.

My capabilities? I am a facilitator and designer of communication. As a facilitator, I put the task in front of people then get out of the way and let them do their own work. I make sure they get a result. I feedback the essence of what's being said in discussion, I keep track of what?s happening between people, and I can make sense of just about any field of work.

As a designer of collaborative processes, I am inventive and economical. I test and improve as I go, and keep working with my clients to get what they want. I?m also a good writer.
